We hired WeCreate to design a totally new website for the Mental Health Association of Northwestern Pennsylvania that reflects our own mission, vision, and values. So I had a problem with my website this morning not really sure on what I should do so I gave Werkbot A call on the phone and explain my situation. I asked if it was OK for me to stop in sometime today to talk a little bit more about what I had going on. The person on my phone was OK with me just stopping in when I had a moment. Because of my crazy work schedule, I stop down just after 4 o’clock and they were walking out the door closing up for the day. So I asked if this was Werkbot “ He said yes, it was, And he knew who I was. So he actually opened the office back up we went inside we sat down. He pulled my information up and he started going through everything for me.. I want to just say that I am not a customer of theirs. I’m a random person who made a phone call to them and they were very helpful. I just want other people to know that the customer service that I got from this company was five stars hands-down. You don’t get that much anymore. I did waste about 40 minutes of his time. He never charged me a penny. I will tell all of my friends and family for sure. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, I appreciate you guys!!
