6 months and $3,000 later my website finally went live (with issues) and they continued to make unauthorized charges on my account after I expressed my concerns for the delay in services. Getting in touch with someone is extremely difficult and most of the communication is via messages. I believed that they would be a better alternative to what I had but have been nothing short of a nightmare for my company. We signed a 1 year contract but the website took 6 months to launch.
