When our association decided to go forward with a rebranding, we considered ourselves very fortunate to have found Alarie Design to assist us with this mammoth undertaking. Joe really took his time to learn about the essence of our association. He didn’t just conduct a “one and done” quick series of questions to get to know us. Rather, he took a deep dive, leading multiple vision sessions with our board members and even drove hours to attend our National Conference so he could see us in action and sit in on roundtable discussions with our members. He was able to get to the essence of who we were, summing us up brilliantly. He then came up with not just a couple of suggestions for a new name that would capture who we were, but submitted a full page of names and positioning to go along with each one.Joe also had infinite patience. The fact that he was dealing with a board that only met once a month, meant the typical process got dragged out much longer, especially as each time we met, new wants and needs kept coming up. After many revisions, Joe was able to deliver our new branding and continues to be available to us when we ask for his advice. He has provided direction with our website (including finding us the perfect website company to work with), given advice on how to incorporate strategies that will help us achieve our vision for the future, and continues to go over and above when we ask him to weigh in on design elements for projects not associated with our original contract.
