Standout Features:

  • Prominent agent portrait
  • Integration of personal and RE/MAX logos
  • Clean typography and corporate color palette

When you're a top-performing real estate agent like John Berry, who's earned that "Pinnacle Sales Specialist" title working with a big name like RE/MAX, your printed marketing collateral — flyers, business cards, the works — needs to reflect that high level of expertise and unquestionable credibility. Rachel Dina Studio took on designing these materials for him.

You’ll notice that the materials really put John Berry front and center, primarily using a prominent, professional portrait photograph. You immediately see who he is, helping build that personal trust that's so key in the real estate industry. Rachel also made sure his name stands out to reinforce his own brand alongside the main RE/MAX identity nicely.

On that note, the Studio also does a great job balancing the two brands involved in these materials — John Berry's and RE/MAX's. His personal brand shows up with his "Pinnacle Sales Specialist" logo (featuring the mountain peak). Then, the familiar RE/MAX logo is included nearby, tapping into the trust of the parent company.

In terms of aesthetics, the prints are highly professional, aligning well with real estate client needs. Dark blues/greys and white form the base palette, effectively incorporating the standard RE/MAX red and blue too. Clean typography presents details clearly. Plus, the organized layouts add to that reliable, competent first impression.

This design work really highlights the significant value for affiliated professionals (like agents with a brokerage) in finding exactly the right market positioning — and the best way to present this in professional service prints. As evidenced here, integrating your personal branding elements right alongside the established corporate brokerage identity may just be the way to go.
