BrandWell Solutions sought to revitalize its ad agency's brand identity to reflect growth and youthful energy. Spearheading the project, Liz White balanced a fresh look with the agency's established mid-century modern aesthetic.
The style fusion retains the geometric precision and shape repetition characteristic of mid-century design. But it injects new energy by elevating the saturation of the signature teal and pairing it with bold complementary hues like orange and navy.
This blend of the old and the new presents a brand that feels authentic and fresh. For BrandWell, this color choice signals confidence and a forward-thinking approach while staying rooted in the creative influences that shaped its original identity.
Another unique design feature is the implementation of an atomic design framework for the website. The designers approached the website redesign by breaking elements into reusable, modular components that could be easily adapted across different pages and applications.
Lastly, the website opens with a dynamic animation of the BrandWell logo instead of a static hero image. The "BW" deconstructs and reforms into a circle, echoing the original logo's emphasis on geometric harmony.
By incorporating the owner's vision into this animated sequence, the design connects the past and present while reinforcing the brand's innovative spirit. It also serves as a visual metaphor for the agency's mission of building seamless, cohesive client identities.
