- Project Brief: Redesign Northeastern Plastic Surgery’s website to strengthen brand credibility and patient engagement through physician-focused imagery, patient testimonials, intuitive service navigation, and clear appointment calls to action.
Medical and pharmacy websites earn bookings when patients trust the doctor before they ever pick up the phone. White Coat Web rebuilt Northeastern Plastic Surgery’s site around Dr. Joseph Fodero, with his name and real photos of the clinic leading the homepage.
The top fold leads with proof: Google reviews from real patients slide across the bottom of the hero, right below the phone and Schedule an Appointment buttons. Visitors see five-star feedback and a way to book in one glance, which shortens the step from browsing to calling.
A services slider doubles as navigation and branding, so patients can jump straight to procedures like an arm lift. Each procedure page opens with a plain-language headline and a patient quote, answering “is this for me?” before the medical details.
Skincare gets its own icon grid, with 13 treatments from facials to microneedling laid out as simple cards. Keeping skincare apart from surgery gives visitors with lighter goals a clear starting point.
The About page stacks the credentials patients look for, like a Yale medical degree and board certification since 2000. Those details answer the safety question that keeps many people from booking surgery.
The testimonials page pairs quick thumbs-up and thumbs-down buttons with a heartfelt letter from a longtime patient. Prospects get both the ratings and the personal story behind them, and current patients get an easy way to add their own.
