Honestly unacceptable. My appointment was cancelled at the exact time it was supposed to start, with no call, just an email from the accountant Sunith Varkey at the appointment time saying « Hi MaryApologies, we are unable to take on new tax filing requests at this stage of tax season.The filing deadline is in 2 days. »A complete lack of respect for clients’ time.There was also zero warning of cancellation from the person who scheduled the appointment. This is even more frustrating considering I wasn’t asking for a full service, just a bit of guidance on a specific issue. Sunith did not even consider to take time to know why I was reaching out.With an important deadline just two days away, this level of unprofessionalism is shocking. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Their customer service and knowledge out weighs any I have ever experienced. Nathaniel our IT go to guy, is awesome. He always answers his calls no matter what time of day or night and is always on it. He attends to all of our needs from small to huge, he is an all around great guy. John our CPA is just as awesome. Always friendly, very helpfu when you are stressed out, very knowledgable and doesn't make you feel inapt.
