I was there at Perceptive Analytics for a while. During that time I had the opportunity to work with the CEO very closely. The man built the company from ground up all by himself. I have worked at Perceptive Analytics for approximately 10 months and my time at the company was awesome, to say the least.I have learnt a lot about sales and marketing which will be helpful for me going ahead. I have interacted with many clients and potential clients as well, and I got to learn a lot from these interactions.I also had a lot of freedom to experiment in my role, which was instrumental in enhancing my experience. The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.

My development staff worked with HappyFunCorp over a multitude of times over the last year and their experience was that communications and the relationship on HFC's side was being conducted in an unprofessional manner compared to other providers we have worked with in the past several years of launching our newest venture.Due to these prior experiences, we have decided to cut our professional relationship with this software developer permanently. We we referred to them by another client, and at first we thought there was synergy, but that no longer seems the case as HFC is no longer following their values that at one time made them an industry leader.We will seek other options and there are far better developers our there for those seeking an alternative. We suggest you do your due diligence before contacting this firm. How this firm conducts business is critical to your success, so do yourself a favor and consider other solution providers.
