  I wanted to share my experience with the interview process at ElasticDevs for a Product Manager role. After my resume was shortlisted, I went through an interview and was informed that I had been selected, with the next step being a discussion with the founders. Despite multiple follow-ups via email and attempts to contact HR, I received no communication for an extended period. Eventually, I was informed via WhatsApp that I had not been selected, with the reason being that my experience did not align with what the company was looking for. This was extremely disheartening and confusing, as I was initially told I had been selected. The inconsistency in the communication and decision-making processes reflects poorly on the company's recruitment practices. Moreover, I have noticed that ElasticDevs has been removing my posts related to this experience, seemingly to prevent others from knowing about these issues. This behavior is concerning and suggests an attempt to avoid accountability and transparency. If the company believes it has acted correctly, what prompts you to delete my posts? I strongly urge ElasticDevs to improve their communication and decision-making processes and to address candidate feedback openly.
