  Unqualified Interviewers and Unfair Rejection:--------------------------------------------------------------------I recently had an interview experience that left me utterly frustrated and bewildered. Despite putting my best foot forward and performing exceptionally well during the interview, I was rejected by a team that seemed to lack a basic understanding of the technologies they were evaluating candidates for. This experience highlighted a severe lack of professionalism and competence within the interviewing panel. The individuals who interviewed me didn't even have a basic understanding of Spring Boot and the MVC flow. When I attempted to explain these concepts to them, they laughed at me.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had.After completing all rounds of interview, they’ll simply say position is kept on hold. If u guys wanted to keep the position on hold, why the hell u took interviews hours together ? To waste candidates time. After sending all the documents, without proper response simply rejection doesn’t makes sense.I would’ve given negative stars if available.
