We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

I enjoyed the course and learned a lot from it. The academy is well organised and focused on practical disciplines such as SEO, PPC, Programmatic, Mobile and Display. I particularly enjoyed the bits of psychological research and discussions shared in our sessions. I would definitely recommend to those starting out and have interest in digital marketing. Well done to everyone involved at the course. And a BiG thank you to the entire TIPi team!

Title: Challenging Work Environment with Leadership and Culture ConcernsCons:-Significant internal politics, especially between teams across different locations, which impacts collaboration and moraleDecision-making is heavily centralized, leading to a lack of balanced representation across officesFeedback from employees is often overlooked; leadership tends to enforce top-down decisions rather than encourage open dialogueSeveral key leadership members have left recently, creating uncertainty and instability within teamsAppraisal cycles are delayed, causing frustration among employeesLimited visibility of new projects or growth opportunities, raising concerns about long-term prospectsThere appears to be an expectation for new employees to post public reviews about the company shortly after joining. At such an early stage, most individuals do not yet have enough exposure to provide meaningful feedback, and this can create unnecessary pressureAdvice to Management:Create a more open and trust-based culture where employees feel comfortable sharing feedback without pressure. Avoid encouraging or expecting reviews from new joiners before they have sufficient experience with the organization. Focus on improving internal culture and employee experience authentic feedback will follow naturally.

Working at Inferenz has truly been a rewarding experience! What stands out the most is the incredible work culture — it’s not just a workplace, it feels like a space where people genuinely care about each other. The environment is cozy, supportive, and encourages you to bring your best self every day. There are abundant opportunities to learn and grow, whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your skills. The team and leadership actively promote continuous learning, which makes a huge difference. One of my favorite aspects is the strong emphasis on work-life balance — something that’s often talked about but rarely practiced this well.I also really appreciate the thoughtful initiatives taken for employee well-being. From workshops focused on physical health to sessions supporting mental wellness, it’s clear that the organization values holistic growth, not just professional output.Overall, Inferenz is a place where you can grow, feel valued, and enjoy the journey. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a positive and enriching work environment!

Jonas ran our business through multiple sessions on understanding the power of AI and the advantages it can bring to efficiency. The sessions were a mix of large forum and smaller dedicated workshops, each were purposeful and very well run. Coming from a baseline of very limited experience and understanding of AI as a workplace tool, I’m now equipped with a raft of skills which will only continue to grow. I highly recommend Jonas for any business looking to upskill their workforce

We had too much running through spreadsheets and WhatsApp. OpsMavix built exactly what we needed without pushing a huge ERP on us. Much simpler now.

What we appreciated most was that the OpsMavix team actually took the time to understand our business. They didn't just give us a standard system and leave us to figure it out. They listened to how we work, suggested better ways of doing things and supported us throughout the whole process.

Compared with other systems we reviewed, OpsMavix offered far greater flexibility and value. We received a complete operations platform without the expensive per-user and usage-based costs found in many other systems. It has been one of the best technology investments we have made.

I recently attended their first-ever workshop on Agentic AI, and it was a fantastic experience! The session was engaging, hands-on, and packed with valuable insights. The facilitators did a great job of breaking down complex concepts into something practical and easy to understand. What really stood out was the focus on real-world applications and the interactive format — I walked away with a clearer understanding of how agentic systems can be applied in different workflows. Highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in the future of AI and automation. Looking forward to joining more sessions in the future!
