Talentica was brought on board to test and refine the concept from both functional and engineering perspectives, and later to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) aligned with the agreed specifications and constraints.

The Talentica team handled the admin tooling backend, which included multiple Python Flask services with Postgres and Elasticsearch.
