A friend of mine was approached by SummitNext for a job opportunity. Right from the start, even before my friend spoke to the hiring employer, the headhunter from SummitNext was well aware of my friend's expected salary, and they assured my friend that the job offer would meet those expectations. However, after a successful application, the headhunter informed my friend that the employer had decided to withdraw the job offer, citing budget constraints.
