We strongly advise against engaging with this company, especially for outsourcing services. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating due to several key issues: 1. Unprofessional Service and Communication: From the start, the company demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. Their responses to client inquiries were not only delayed but often dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns and providing solutions, they seemed uninterested in maintaining a positive client relationship. Communication with them feels more like a burden rather than the collaborative process it should be. 2. Inconsistent Client Communication: There is no consistency in the way they communicate with their clients. At times, they respond promptly, but more often than not, communication is sporadic and incomplete. It’s as if they have no structured process in place for managing client interactions, which leads to unnecessary confusion and delays in project timelines. 3. Untrustworthy PartnersOne of the most concerning issues is the reliability of the company and its partners. Throughout the course of our collaboration, they failed to honor agreements, missed deadlines, and provided substandard work. It became increasingly clear that they lack transparency and integrity in their dealings. Trust, which is critical in any business relationship, was eroded quickly. The leadership of this company, particularly the Head of Business Development, is highly unprofessional. The way they handle client relationships is a clear reflection of the poor management and lack of oversight within the organization. Their attitude is not only dismissive but at times, outright rude and condescending. There is no effort to engage clients in meaningful discussions or to offer solutions when problems arise. For anyone considering outsourcing with this company, We highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. They have no clear processes in place, and their inability to deal with clients in a respectful and professional manner speaks volumes about how poorly run this organization is.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with this company, I feel I have a responsibility to warn other business owners. I worked with them for over nine months and, in my experience, it was one of the worst business decisions I have ever made. During that time, I spent well over £12,000, yet instead of helping my business grow, I was left dealing with significant financial losses, wasted time, and an enormous amount of stress. One of my biggest concerns was that the company presented itself as being UK-based, but I later discovered that the work was actually being carried out from India. Had this been made completely transparent from the beginning, I would have been able to make a properly informed decision. The SEO service I received failed to deliver the results I was promised, despite the substantial monthly fees I was paying. When I eventually decided to end our working relationship, the experience became even more difficult. Instead of receiving professional support during the transition, I was left feeling that my business was being actively hindered rather than helped. I also discovered software and website changes that I believe were not in my business’s best interests. From my perspective, these changes had a serious negative impact on my website and the way potential customers reached my business. I’ve worked with overseas companies before and have had excellent experiences, so this review is not about where a company is based. It is about honesty, professionalism, transparency, and the quality of service provided. If you are considering hiring this company to manage your website or SEO, I strongly encourage you to carry out extensive due diligence, ask detailed questions, and ensure you retain full control of your website, hosting, domain, analytics, and all associated accounts before signing any agreement. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise other business owners to look elsewhere.
