I have received over 400 emails in one day stating there is an error in my connection. The problem is, I discontinued use/my connection and closed my account almost a year ago. I am getting majorly spammed by error emails and nobody will help me and there is no way to contact support other than through the completely useless chat robot.

We called multiple times and finally heard back from Auty Mate earlier this month. We requested to cancel our membership, and the representative assured us it was taken care of. Yet today, we were charged again. Be aware canceling with this company is anything but simple.
