BEWARE- doing business w/this person- does not treat ppl professionally and you have to fight and work to get paid what you're owed!!
This is by far the worst place to conduct business with. Liz Kaminsky, the owner is unprofessional, aggressive, and lacks integrity. She doesn't pay employees and on top of that most people quit within their first week due to her unprofessionalism and shady business tactics. BEWARE! Also, if you are thinking about contracting with this company DON'T! She has a client, Donahue Commercial that she only has 53 leads for and has all new employees call the same 53 contacts. This place is a joke.

During my recent call, I experienced a brief wait before being connected with an operator. While the representative was polite and professional, I could sense stress in their tone, particularly as the call took place on a holiday. Out of respect for HIPAA, I will not reference the company directly, but as a 24/7 operation, this raises concerns about staffing and scheduling practices.If the organization’s goal is to consistently provide the highest level of service, ensuring adequate staffing and preventing employee overwork is essential. Prioritizing employee well-being not only benefits staff but also enhances the quality of service delivered to clients.

Our company left Tandem HR when they hiked the prices in 2024. Apparently, they do not send employers, copies of W2's for companies that have left service. I'm supposed to reach out to each employee to get a copy. Nice job, for doing the one job you had.
Tandem HR has done a great job maintaining the white-glove service we have come to expect over the years. The HR, Payroll, and Benefits experts that engage with our team feel like true partners rather than a third-party vendor.
The quality support I receive from my contacts at Tandem HR is unbelievable. I don't even entertain outreach from other PEOs. Paola consistently goes above and beyond for Prevention First. She is always so pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful! The rest of the team (Janet, Danielle, Jennifer, etc) is really great too!
