We recently worked with Geeks to do a scoping workshops/Solution Design for the development of a application for streamlining our reporting and surveying processes.The process from opening meeting to final wireframing was seamless. Geeks really are experts are making the complex appear (relatively) simple. Through a thorough and detailed solution design process, we created a prototype product that met all of our requirements. Geeks focus on producing visual representations of the product you are seeking - which is a far more efficient and helpful way of solution designing (as opposed to a written specification). Called to speak to someone in IT regarding some of the technologies they have as it seemed as though they had some interesting offerings. I asked a guy (Michael Honore) to hear a bit more and he said "that's great, I'm working" and hung up on me. Perhaps he isn't working too hard as I tried calling the sales number on their website and it was the cell phone number of a former employee who hasn't worked there in a long time. Needless to say he had some not so nice things to say about this "disorganized and unprofessional" company.
