In summary, we needed to better understand what our target audience understood about and wanted from each of the membership levels. Renee and her team helped us do quantitative and qualitative research and to develop strategies to acquire new premium members. They successfully delivered hard data analyses and suggestions to help us implement different strategies including recommending a new positioning for us. The team helped us understand how to position free versus premium memberships and identify the key drivers for the different audience groups.
