The team is great to deal with, very quick, responsive, attentive and efficient. We especially appreciate Sean our client success manager and the attention he gives our company. Extremely disappointed with this service center. My questions were completely ignored, and the staff showed no effort to understand the actual issue. It felt like they were more interested in making excuses than helping a customer. The lack of professionalism and basic competence is astonishing. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before bringing their device here.

She's a joy to work with. Matthew has been instrumental on the technical side—he genuinely listens, stays patient, and follows through to implement the right solutions.
