We receive and continue to receive amazing customer service from GAM Tech as our IT services provider. Their support is 24-7 which is imperative for our business function. The team is great to deal with, very quick, responsive, attentive and efficient. We especially appreciate Sean our client success manager and the attention he gives our company. Extremely disappointed with this service center. My questions were completely ignored, and the staff showed no effort to understand the actual issue. It felt like they were more interested in making excuses than helping a customer. The lack of professionalism and basic competence is astonishing.
