Great service! I'm not a tech savvy person and they amazed me with how quickly they turned around the maintenance on my computer that was lagging terribly. They replaced the hard drive and duplicated all my files and made sure everything was set up just the same as it was when I dropped it off.Highly recommend.

It felt like they were more interested in making excuses than helping a customer. The lack of professionalism and basic competence is astonishing.
