They are hiring Java but after after coming to that place they are saying there is no hiring for Java developer and forcefully they said to me if you want to build your career in this company then go for .net and after all they won't take my interview properly. Management system is very bad. I recommend to all the students don't go to this company bcz the company don't have any project and by the name of interview they are wasting all the students time and after all they won't take anyone...

If the position is not available, please do not schedule interviews, as it wastes the candidate’s time. Similarly, if you feel a resume is not suitable, kindly avoid proceeding with the interview. It seems either the recruiter has not reviewed the profile properly or the hiring manager has not given clear requirements. This reflects poorly on the recruitment process. Ideally, profiles should be screened carefully, and only those that match the role should be invited for a face-to-face interview. I hope the recruitment process improves, as currently there is no proper update or communication regarding interview.
