When technology throws a wrench into your day, you hope someone like Maribel shows up.We had a few challenges with our office server and without even needing to know the ins and outs of our industry, Maribel from Empowered IT Solutions jumped right in and worked her magic. She was methodical, sharp, and incredibly easy to work with. Within a short time, what felt like a major disruption became a resolved issue, thanks to her calm confidence and technical skill.Highly recommended!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Empowered IT Solutions to set up a new computer, and the experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. I want to especially recognize Aaron Hernandez, who assisted me throughout the process. Their knowledge, professionalism, and patience made all the difference.Setting up new technology can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Aaron walked me through every step with clear explanations and a calm, friendly demeanor. They took the time to understand my specific needs, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before wrapping up.It’s rare to find someone so technically skilled who also genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Empowered IT Solutions is lucky to have such a dedicated and capable team member. I’ll definitely be turning to them for future tech support and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing reliable, expert IT service.

I am so thankful to have the Empowered IT team on my team! I've had some silly mishaps and they've been available to hold my hand and help me through it. In one case they hoped on a team meeting with me and helped me explain the tech we're using and how we keep our files secure. I can't say enough good things!!

ABSO came to our church’s school and remained flexible to deal with unexpected issues and set up several pieces of technology for us. They even came out afterwards when we were having some additional issues due to third-party equipment interfacing with what they set up. We are grateful for their attentive care for our campus to go above and beyond!

I highly recommend IT Tropolis Support and Managed Services for all of your business technology needs. Bob is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and reliable. He helps us update and maintain our company emails, new hardware and troubleshooting as well. He helped up solve a complex office phone issue when Verizon and Spectrum could not.
