These guys are seriously awesome! We moved into a new building and had a lot of IT needs. We had some up and coming webinars so we had to work fast. We had a few other companies come by but they weren't very helpful. ProTek came in and explained the process, our options, and the pros-cons of each option so we fully understood how to move forward. They were very attentive to our needs, professional and provided fantastic service. They were very knowledgable and helped us immensely in a short period of time. I'd recommend them to anyone!

ProTek contacted me after a bad review and I must say they did an outstanding job giving me what I asked for. Definitely a quality company despite not getting off on the right foot! The company says they are more geared to serving corporate clients on retainer, but the company is willing to work with individuals in need of tech support. Jonathan and Jon (two different people) were very helpful in getting me back functioning.

I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.
