We were introduced to KDG back in October 2024. They were recommended by a sister company of ours. Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. In order to accomplish this, we needed a company like KDG to help with the customization of the program to accommodate the different needs of the different roles within our organization. They've spent so much time with us, starting with each employee to understand what they need - They've truly been a partner. I would recommend KDG to ANYONE wanting to transition into a simplified system where efficiency and transparency is key.

ProTek contacted me after a bad review and I must say they did an outstanding job giving me what I asked for. Definitely a quality company despite not getting off on the right foot! The company says they are more geared to serving corporate clients on retainer, but the company is willing to work with individuals in need of tech support. Jonathan and Jon (two different people) were very helpful in getting me back functioning.

I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.

We experienced a breath of fresh air when we switched to VLink's Managed Solution. They carefully analyzed our entire ecosystem and offered multiple recommendations for improving our system (not just one). They also implemented various cost-saving measures. You can choose from a variety of options, and they will work according to your timeline, your needs, your budget, and your staff's ability to change. I have worked with Xigent for several years and these guys are sharp. With their assistance we were able to successfully upgrade our complete virtual infrastructure this year. Even with a project of this size we were able to keep it under budget and on schedule. Their engineers are experts in their field, we leverage this knowledge to help support and assist us with our virtual infrastructure (VMware, VDI, NetApp SANs, Nexus switches) and our disaster recovery architecture. I would recommend these guys for anyone looking for high quality engineers to assist with any virtualization and storage projects.
