We recently switched from another IT provider to NetWize - our experience thus far has been excellent for a number of reasons:1. Everyone we have worked with has been very knowledgeable and they have come up to speed on our environment very quickly2. Their staff is very pleasant to work with - they dedicate the necessary time and effort to quickly identifying problems and proactively proposing solutions3. When we had our first semi emergency and needed someone onsite with less than 24 hours notice, they made it work and very quickly had us back up and running4. The entire sales process was low pressure and they have thus backed up everything that was pitchedWe hope this continues to be a strong relationship for years to come

Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.
