We used their services for years at our business, then when we ended up not needing it anymore they could not cancel our renewal. Too close to renewal date was the excuse. Then they could not adjust our quote to a lower seat count either when we were already not happy about it. I guess they really needed to get a few thousand dollars out of a good customer. Better believe we are going to tell all of our customers they should stay away. Services were not even that great and you could definitely get a better and cheaper option elsewhere.

ITAdOn has been managing our IT infrastructure for the last few months and we couldn’t be happier. The technical support team is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I feel great that our network, server, and our workstations are up to date and running smoothly. They recently upgraded our workstations to Windows 11 which was effortless on our end and everything is working seamlessly. Very happy with their service.
