Digital PR World has been handling my Amazon account for a while now and I am extremely happy with their services. The founder - Shekhar is a very humble man with great leadership qualities and the same reflects in his team as well. I have asked multiple times about different services and never felt that he was being salesy at all! He gives an honest opinion and sometimes even recommends not going ahead with some things that might not be required for my small business at the moment. I believe that it's a rare quality to see in founders these days.I have closely worked with Sushmita, Bapun, Debjani, Amit & Ankur for a few months now, and everyone's very proactive! They try to resolve any issues that come hand to hand and if in case they're not able to attend to it the very moment, they inform about the same. If there's any fault on their end, they happily accept the same and work towards making things better.I have had really bad experiences with other agencies, but Shekhar and his entire team really did a great job! I am glad I came across Digital PR World and got associated with them. Not only has my business flourished but I have learnt and grown as a founder as well.PS: Shekhar & Ankur share the most amazing leadership and motivation WhatsApp Statuses! Avoid at all costs. They are great at selling you a dream during the work pitch, but the moment the contract is signed, they vanish. Getting a simple ticket resolved takes weeks to give salary To make matters worse, their billing is incredibly opaque—we were hit with several 'out-of-scope' charges for services that were supposed to be included. Save your money and find a partner who actually values communication. They have the worst management I have ever seen. I would give zero stars if possible include work is pathetic
