I recently attended an interview with Denave for a Talent Acquisition role, and it was a disappointing experience. The interviewer Shalini (Global HR) demonstrated a lack of professionalism throughout the session. I felt I was not given a fair chance to express myself, as the interviewer appeared more interested in steering the conversation to her preferences. Additionally, I was surprised by her comments about my career transitions, especially since her profile suggests similar patterns. The session was further marred by poor etiquette, such as answering phone calls during the interview. As someone with extensive experience in recruitment, I expected a higher standard of professionalism from a company like Denave. This experience has raised concerns about their commitment to a candidate-focused hiring process.

The team are amazing. Initially we booked with them for a photobooth for our wedding, which was awesome. A few months layer we realised we would like videography. Wow, how impressed am I with these guys. Amazing team. I used them for a combined wedding package - videos as well as photos. Couldn't be happier with the footage. Pie in the Sky really captured our favorite fairy tale moments in a classic yet fun way. The photobooth at our wedding was the cherry on top. Our guest couldn't stop talking about the fun photo shoot and special photostrip memoir. I can honestly recommend them. High quality footage, drone footage included at a good price. BEAUTIFUL photos. Warning!!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Our assessment indicates a potential misalignment between their operational practices and the delivery of contracted services, with a perceived emphasis on financial objectives. We dispute the billing for services not rendered, especially given the upfront payment structure. Following a 13-day notice of service termination, we were billed at a "discounted rate" three months in advance for social media management and reporting. Becareful of signing their 6 months contact with a "3 months" notice. You will get billed over 18 000 ( that being "discounted") for giving an early notice because of financial constraints. The reporting of a default to the credit bureau and subsequent collection actions initiated by their legal counsel raise significant concerns of how far they really will go for to exploit businesses. We advise caution regarding the potential for this entity to exploit small businesses. Summary: Money hungry!! This is not by any means public- defamation. This is the truth of my experience of Ideation. Prior to the commencement of services, all payments to the Ideation were fully received. Following the notification of service termination, which their response was "we do not accept your termination notice" and anninvoice was issued for three next 3 months of management fees pertaining to my digital platforms ( no work was done). Which I will not pay. As per the instructions provided in the received communication, the Google review will not be retracted. The statements made within the review accurately reflect my experience. Individuals reviewing this feedback are encouraged to independently assess the potential implications of such client treatment by a service provider. As an entrepreneur, I will never under any circumstances treat any of my clients like this.
