Our account manager, Hannah, is very responsive and the entire team is professional and easy to work with. We appreciate being able to give feedback and work together to create the best content to promote Global Wildlife Center. We love the POLA process and find it easy to approve or give feedback to drafted content. POLA's equipment is outstanding, and the quality of photos and video they are able to capture for us is captivating. I love how social media shoots are suggested and coordinated and presented to us on a Figma board prior to the content acquisition. They have worked closely with us to create content that generates excitement and engagement and the high-quality video and photos produced is outstanding. I love the process of the Figma boards POLA creates as a visioning tool so that I can see what we are going for prior to the shoot and maximize time on site.
