I can honestly say, today will be the first time I’ve publicly shamed a company, but it’s long over due.We hired GenM Creative to build an e-commerce site. After over a year, we were left with a site that doesn’t fully load all products, takes several MINUTES to load, has a partially working search feature and this is just a start. For $9k, we expected far more than this.Additionally, we paid them $3k for marketing they never fulfilled and refused to refund.They took advantage of a local small business and are no more than thieves.Yosuke should be ashamed of himself and his business partners.
