Highly disappointed with the lack of customer service and attention to detail. Even after 3 edits, our website still has so many errors. When it first went live, it was non-operational for at least 24 hours. Jon promised several things during the initial proposal that were never completed and became defensive when i sent a lengthy revision document.*edit* if I could rate 0 stars, I would. I have recently found out through extensive research that there are a lot more things wrong with our website than what we initially thought.
