We have been working with Youtech for several months now for a website rebuild and paid advertisement management (company is in the home services industry). Youtech's team did a great job working through the website rebuild process in a streamlined way that incorporated a lot of communication with our team, with great channels for providing feedback along the way. Our ongoing relationship with them for PPC/paid ad management has been a big improvement compared to other experiences we've had with similar firms. Before working with Youtech we had issues with lack of transparency around lead tracking, campaign attribution, and never felt that we had a clear handle on how our campaigns were really performing. With Youtech we have a dashboard that summarizes everything, as well as tracking for individual leads, which we have synced up to our CRM so we have real time feedback on how these opportunities are panning out, making it much easier to adjust campaigns in a regular basis. They have also accommodated weekly check-ins which allow us to stay on top of performance, rather than a monthly meeting where we may be making decisions or seeing trends too late in the game. We have seen a big turnaround in our cost per lead and overall paid-ad marketing cost as a result, definitely a win for our company!

Found these guys online for some help with our FB page advertising. They promised I would end up hating them because they were going to make our phone ring so much! I also hired them to revamp our web page. The FB work was a total flop. We generated no new business. At least they put in the effort. They charged me full price for the Web Page work up front and never did it. When I asked for a refund all I got was days of runarounds and I finally had to file a claim with my cc company. Make sure you pay on performance.
