Attention! - Big scam!After 3 months of communication back and forth ( with multiple people) , I ended up paying almost $5000 for a website that looks like crap.Had to have a new one built since there is no one to take responsibility for the work they have done. After trying for another 2 months to communicate and “ fix” the website, I finally gave up. They needed more, and more money to “ fix” a simple informative site ( that’s all I wanted)… And since I had already invested so much, it was hard to give up and I kept hoping and paying more and more until they drained my account. Being unable to pay someone else, I had no choice but to try building the website myself. I went to Godaddy and did it! Turned out it was so easy to do - multiple choices of templates! I found one that also allows me to take payments and make appointments online. And I paid $179 for it. Beautiful website! Please save your hard earned money and don’t even make attempts to contact these scammers.This, by the way, is the only bad review I ever left for someone and that should tell you a lot.Good luck!

Honestly, I have nothing short of 5 star feedback for this team. Brent, Amber and the entire crew at Matchbox are extremely intelligent, kind, professional and excellent at what they do. I ordered the DNC scrub they never delivered. I am still waiting for my refund. Ordered on a Saturday got an email stating " our offices are closed we will reopen bla bla bla" After a few days of hassle they decided to refund however so far the money did not show up in my credit card. I don't recommend doing business with this company.
