Glenn Bradley is the guy to call when you need help with a video. His company, Big Hit Creative, dropped everything and helped us make a 3 minute video for the semi-finals of a SBA competition. We are a Residential and Commercial Cleaning & Restoration service company in Texas with focus on hoarding, biohazard, water damage, mold remediation, remodeling construction, crime scene, suicide, decomposition and flooding clean up. This is a significantly competitive space, and we have extreme difficulty generating leads via our website, ads and SEO. We call and spoke with Mark, immediately he was a breath of fresh air. He got into the details and was able to identify key issues. We re-built the website and optimized it for speed and performance. He and his team quickly got onboard with re-working Google Ads and we started to see directional improvement. They ensure all accounts and details were reviewed with us weekly and then monthly. I met with Mark, after he was already engaged on the website project with our team. We are super busy, so he was amazingly patient with us and moved along based on our schedule. We requested an in-office meeting which was not an issue. We provided him with a lot of edits - which were minor because he got us 95% done. Instead of him taking the edits and doing them later, we turned on the computer at our office and we got it done together. Additionally, we had a lot of SEO + Ads questions along with Facebook and Instagram marketing questions. He was clear with his communications, strategies and recommendations. We are so excited to get the new site up and get things rolling. What is amazing about Mark and his team is they are so ETHICAL that they setup the Google Ads + Google Webmaster Tools + Google Analytics + Google Business Listings (Maps) and Hosting Account and Domain Registration all in our business account - so we are always the owner of these assets. Additionally, it gives us full transparency and education as they progress. We have been in business since 1970, that is 54+ years, 2nd generation for FREIGHT SHIPPING SERVICES. Yes, we have an established business but I could not find a way to get new customers and our website was so old, it was hurting us to even close any new business I could find. Immediately I was impressed by his communications and how he was able to help me undestand the issues for my business. I am a happy dentist with a startup office that opened in December 2025. I wasn't happy then. I got into a contract way back in July with a very incompetent and dishonest marketing company and lost so much time and money. I struggled and got myself out from this mess finally. I talked to multiple marketing agents and that's when I found NShine late Jan - early Feb. They definitely sounded like they knew what they were doing; they were not talking about what color my website should be or whether there should be a video playing on the background of the website. They talked about how Google algorithm works. So many marketing companies put you in their fixed package after coming up with a golden formula that they are so proud of cuz it worked on 1-2 businesses they support - they have you pay for a little bit of mailing and a little bit of Google ads and a little bit of SEO and etc. NShine straight up said in my situation, they are not going to have me pay a penny on things that don't work. They removed mailing. They removed SEO. They analyzed my office's unique situation and put my investment into just few things that actually can bring results. By the time they set up everything and the actual marketing started, it was mid Feb. Now I am writing this review mid April. I am getting 50 new patients a month and the office is doing positive cash flow. As things are moving the right path, NShin now recommends that I start investing in other marketing methods so I don't have to keep on spending money on Google Ads. They are constantly checking numbers. They are constantly adjusting their approaches to keep the ROI at the highest possible number.
