One of the worst training institutes I have ever seen. My wife contacted them about their GenAI course around 6 months ago. The sales team quoted ₹60,000 and then tried to attract us with a "special discount" if we attended their webinar. It felt like a cheap sales tactic from the beginning.The webinar was a complete disappointment. Instead of teaching anything useful, most of the session was spent promoting their own tools and pushing people to buy the course. It looked more like a sales pitch than a training program.The biggest issue is the refund promise. During the webinar, the founder confidently said that refunds would be given without any questions asked. But when we requested a refund, there was no proper response and no support. Making promises during sales and then ignoring customers afterward is extremely disappointing.They are very active when they want your money, but once you ask for support or a refund, communication becomes difficult. The difference between what they promise and what they actually do is huge.I would strongly advise people not to believe the sales claims, webinar promises, or discount offers. Please do proper research before spending your hard-earned money here.
