We knew it would be a big undertaking, and the support from Eleanor, Matthew, Phil, and the entire Support Desk has made all the difference.Eleanor has done an amazing job managing the many moving parts of our business, consistently finding solutions that are both effective and cost-efficient, all while being patient and understanding about our pace. She's a joy to work with. Matthew has been instrumental on the technical side—he genuinely listens, stays patient, and follows through to implement the right solutions. Phil's experience and depth of knowledge have been invaluable as we navigate our phone systems, security updates, and Microsoft transition. And the Support Desk team—Dave, Jag, Ryan, and others—have been the backbone of our day-to-day, with fast response times, positive attitudes, and a willingness to tackle whatever we throw their way.What stands out most is how ABC chooses to meet us where we are.
