We recently worked with Geeks to do a scoping workshops/Solution Design for the development of a application for streamlining our reporting and surveying processes.The process from opening meeting to final wireframing was seamless. We recently completed a solution design project with Geeks, and I can not speak highly enough about the service we received. Geeks really are experts are making the complex appear (relatively) simple. Through a thorough and detailed solution design process, we created a prototype product that met all of our requirements. Geeks focus on producing visual representations of the product you are seeking - which is a far more efficient and helpful way of solution designing (as opposed to a written specification). We were introduced to KDG back in October 2024. They were recommended by a sister company of ours. Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. In order to accomplish this, we needed a company like KDG to help with the customization of the program to accommodate the different needs of the different roles within our organization. They've spent so much time with us, starting with each employee to understand what they need - They've truly been a partner. I would recommend KDG to ANYONE wanting to transition into a simplified system where efficiency and transparency is key.
