They are very welcoming and super supportive of your business, and they explain the whole process. Kevin was kind and energetic as well as understanding of starting up a business. Only down side is that it's hard to communicate your vision of the website when you're doing everything virtual. We had some misunderstandings, but through some video calls and messages, they created my vision. I will definitely use them again if I ever need another website.
