Carl saved the day! I had a small project and a very short deadline to update my son’s legacy scholarship website. Worst customer service.Went into the store to ask general questions about pricing, what they do, how they work, etc.Girls at the front did not know how to answer the most basic questions about their company and just told me to go to the website...they didn't even have the common sense to pull up the website and show me what they do...I could not get the most basic answers for the most basic questions I had for them.If an advertising company has awful customer service from the get go...just WOW. Horrible experience.PS. "award winning advertising agency" with a 3.4 rating on google...fantastic. Also reading the other reviews, this is a common theme. The girls at the front desk are ABSOLUTLY THE WORST. Very RUDE.
