However, from the start, my instincts told me this no-nonsense agency would work hard to represent Marmion and our team with integrity and purpose, and go on to create something we could all be truly proud of. Our rebrand was made possible by the exceptional team at HUB. Their ability to capture our vision, values, and ambition was deeply moving (actual tears), and the outcome speaks for itself. Not only was this a big investment, it was personal for me, as it represents a lot of hard work and effort. So it mattered that they got it right, and they did. This was a team effort from Hub (Rob, Helen, Josh, Vicki - to name a few) amazing people with enormous emotional intelligence, and they have all been a joy to work with. They now take care of all our socials and brand development (Hana, Mark and Vicki). All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better partner. Thank you … you just got us from day one, in the same way we got you.😊 PS They also managed to get us through a photoshoot, which is pretty impressive. However, we managed to capture them too😜

When we first met Bake, we were quite wary. We thought that, after all, for 15 years we'd been doing it ourselves and had always found the ideas and skills to communicate with our clients and associates internally. Then, almost against our will, they created a new logo and a coordinated graphic design for all our publications, presentations, images, reels, and anything else we could think of. It took us no more than ten minutes to decide to adopt the new logo, despite our affection for the old one. Furthermore, without ever lecturing us, they began to explain and make us understand the effectiveness of intelligent communication through media and the web and how easy it is to throw money away without achieving results. They expertly follow us on social media and constantly monitor our results. They're always ready to create new graphics or develop new ideas. I must confess that sometimes I'm a little afraid to share even a half-baked idea, because the next day Daniele or Massimiliano send me proposals for how to implement it. To close with a metaphor, I must admit that communicating with Bake Agency's expertise today allows us to effectively reach and communicate with our potential clients, making the most of the available media. By comparison, our previous work was a bit like leaning out the window and shouting into a megaphone. A heartfelt thank you also for your patience in explaining and sometimes re-explaining what we don't understand.
