What I really love is that my website and web app are connected. The products and available items I manage from the web app can also be displayed on my website, so I don't have to manually manage everything separately. The customization is what really amazed me. My business doesn't only deal with brand-new products. I also buy and sell pre-owned computer parts, build PCs using different parts, accept repairs, and handle different types of sales. They were able to create a system where I can manage brand-new and pre-owned inventory separately, but at the end everything can still come together in my sales and reports, making everything much easier to track. I also needed different access for my employees. For example, my sales rep can use the web app and see the selling prices they need for customers without having access to my costing, profit, and other admin information.
