I made an early, pre-opening service request call because something suspicious was going on with my computer overnight. The ACOG phone message said that a staff member would call back and that's exactly what happened right at opening time. I was concerned about the specific computer I was working on and whether there might have been any further breech. Jason was great, did a quick diagnosis, took care of the suspicious situation on my computer and went further to check that the network wasn't compromised.
