As a satisfied customer, I’m writing to congratulate the entire team at Opus for a trouble free and well managed migration project. Scripture Union are very happy with the results, which have met all the objectives we set. Thank you for bearing with us during the long process of testing the solution and planning for the migration, and for sorting the proposal process and licencing. Thank you for managing the migration project so we all knew what was happening and had a really helpful point of contact. This really helped get the work completed on time and with little cause for concern on our part. Most of our staff team have completed the training you arranged so we also had a fairly trouble free switchover. Thank you for setting up the production system for us, and bearing with us while we wrestled with various aspects of the technology. We will be looking forward to the ongoing care of the support team as the migration project was completed on time and on budget.

I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments. Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice. More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.

A strong supporter of Manchester tech ecosystem, they became unbeatable in mobile category during the first three years of northern tech awards before it adopted a new structure and ownership.
