As a satisfied customer, I’m writing to congratulate the entire team at Opus for a trouble free and well managed migration project. Scripture Union are very happy with the results, which have met all the objectives we set. Thank you for bearing with us during the long process of testing the solution and planning for the migration, and for sorting the proposal process and licencing. Thank you for managing the migration project so we all knew what was happening and had a really helpful point of contact. This really helped get the work completed on time and with little cause for concern on our part. Most of our staff team have completed the training you arranged so we also had a fairly trouble free switchover. Thank you for setting up the production system for us, and bearing with us while we wrestled with various aspects of the technology. We will be looking forward to the ongoing care of the support team as the migration project was completed on time and on budget.

On day one, the Totality engineer assigned to on-board us turned up at our offices late and left early without having onboarded the team members that had patiently waited for their turn all day. He went incommunicado and they replaced him with another (who was much better, to be fair). It was a sign of things to come. 1. Revenue loss. They lost us £100k of leads after making edits to our email set up (without any instruction from us, nor checking the change with us). They talk a lot about their ISO accreditation and the processes that they have - one would have thought their processes were set up to prevent this kind of mistake. It didn’t. They only accepted they had made the mistake after we pushed repeatedly for information on what had happened - the first few responses they attempted to misdirect us on what had happened and cover up their mistake. They made a paltry £2k reduction in fees to compensate us. 2. Not prioritised. Custom projects (Cyber Essentials, website SSO set ups) took months as they were never prioritised - we constantly had to chase them to move things along and it felt like we were the lowest priority. This went to calls as well, for example our ‘Customer Success Manager’ just didn’t turn up for an account review call and then passed us off to a junior colleague. 3. Lack of skills. Several of the support team didn’t seem to know what they were doing, like it was their first time on the job (last time I had an update, I had to show the person remotely controlling my machine how to access the update section for various pieces of software). 4. Lack of Google Workspace expertise. They say they specialise in Google during the sales process, and maybe some of them do, but it's pot luck whether you get them. One support engineer commented to a colleague how they’d never worked with Google Workspace before so weren’t sure how to answer the question - despite Totality telling us all their engineers knew it inside out. They also - as above - lost us £100k in leads due to edits they made to our Google set up. 5. Inefficient and costly processes galore. For example, to apply an update the computer notifies us that an update needs doing, we have to submit a support ticket, a Totality engineer rings us to arrange an appointment, you attend the appointment to have the update applied - and more often than not, they are late to the appointment that they set. Over the 12 months we were with Totality, this cost us a small fortune in wasted Consultant time. I hope Totality are much better with other customers, for us they were an incredibly expensive and time-consuming mistake.

Helpful humans and easy to work with! Totality Services were recommended to speak with about the frustrations I was having with our IT system at work, which all my team use daily. I’m not an expert in IT systems but they made it clear what the problems were that were slowing us down. They discussed various options in what I call ‘pub language’ (easy to understand, no jargon!) We no longer use our slow sever and my team have access to their support when needed too. And our new IT deal isn't actually costing us any more money so it’s a pleasure to recommend them to others.

I have been a client of Infinity for many years and feel disappointed that I need to leave this review. We raised a complaint last November - that only escalated to a complaint due to no account management - and the formal complaint has been completely ignored despite many many emails asking for progress - hence writing this review. Account management is very slow and not pro-active to act in clients best interests. Beware long term contracts and charging for items that are not needed especially in the fast changing world of technology. Support is very hit and miss. The type of firm that try and confuse non IT people using un-necessary terminology. Items on monthly invoices are really difficult to understand. After many years of using this firm I would now not recommend them to look after your firms infrastructure. Such a shame as they are a nice bunch of people but the service doesnt follow.

Former employee- the beginning working relationships appears to be promising but what I learned was that their vendors were not prepared to provide onboarding credentials and training. Not to mention the company is very limited on company communication. It literally took 2-4 weeks for me to receive proper training and credentials. Not to mention the two vendors I was assigned being able to maintain employability of contract for a year. In the 2.5 years I was there I’ve been laid off twice and upon my 3rd assignment I had to take a pay cut. I decided to part ways and upon my existing they decided to switch my final check to paper instead of an electronic deposit without telling me. When I called / email the company to learn what had happen; I had to repeat my calls with no response back from them. When I finally spoke with HR I was I informed they need to ensure the return of company equipment. I was totally surprise, because no communication was conveyed to me, that they holding my pay Check. I’ve always been a loyal employee even with the 2 lay-offs, and decrease in pay. I never thought they would be ornery and be spiteful towards the end when they had me waiting on them for my return label to return the company equipment. I sent it back soon as I got the label, yet I am still waiting on my final paycheck which they have fail to confirm is in the mail. Not a bad company to work for, but strongly ask the top questions surrounded around sustainability, pay increases and employment, annual reviews, their vendors, process, and training, and the length of their vendors contracts.
