On day one, the Totality engineer assigned to on-board us turned up at our offices late and left early without having onboarded the team members that had patiently waited for their turn all day. He went incommunicado and they replaced him with another (who was much better, to be fair). It was a sign of things to come.1. Revenue loss.They lost us £100k of leads after making edits to our email set up (without any instruction from us, nor checking the change with us). They talk a lot about their ISO accreditation and the processes that they have - one would have thought their processes were set up to prevent this kind of mistake. It didn’t. They only accepted they had made the mistake after we pushed repeatedly for information on what had happened - the first few responses they attempted to misdirect us on what had happened and cover up their mistake. They made a paltry £2k reduction in fees to compensate us.2. Not prioritised.Custom projects (Cyber Essentials, website SSO set ups) took months as they were never prioritised - we constantly had to chase them to move things along and it felt like we were the lowest priority. This went to calls as well, for example our ‘Customer Success Manager’ just didn’t turn up for an account review call and then passed us off to a junior colleague.3. Lack of skills.Several of the support team didn’t seem to know what they were doing, like it was their first time on the job (last time I had an update, I had to show the person remotely controlling my machine how to access the update section for various pieces of software).4. Lack of Google Workspace expertise.They say they specialise in Google during the sales process, and maybe some of them do, but it's pot luck whether you get them. One support engineer commented to a colleague how they’d never worked with Google Workspace before so weren’t sure how to answer the question - despite Totality telling us all their engineers knew it inside out. They also - as above - lost us £100k in leads due to edits they made to our Google set up.5. Inefficient and costly processes galore.For example, to apply an update the computer notifies us that an update needs doing, we have to submit a support ticket, a Totality engineer rings us to arrange an appointment, you attend the appointment to have the update applied - and more often than not, they are late to the appointment that they set. Over the 12 months we were with Totality, this cost us a small fortune in wasted Consultant time.I hope Totality are much better with other customers, for us they were an incredibly expensive and time-consuming mistake.

I have been a client of Infinity for many years and feel disappointed that I need to leave this review.We raised a complaint last November - that only escalated to a complaint due to no account management - and the formal complaint has been completely ignored despite many many emails asking for progress - hence writing this review.Account management is very slow and not pro-active to act in clients best interests. Beware long term contracts and charging for items that are not needed especially in the fast changing world of technology.Support is very hit and miss. The type of firm that try and confuse non IT people using un-necessary terminology. Items on monthly invoices are really difficult to understand.After many years of using this firm I would now not recommend them to look after your firms infrastructure. Such a shame as they are a nice bunch of people but the service doesnt follow.

Read the reviews people, while most of the time, calls are okay, customer service is impossible. They assign you a rep with a name that you can not pronounce and they don't have a phone number! You have to email in hopes that they might respond. We were sent a new phone "equipment" and it didn't come with a power cord. They tried to tell me that is normal. Brand new that isn't normal. They said it gets power from the ethernet cord. So, I tried that, nothing. Been waiting 2 month for the return to be processed, nothing. Box is still sitting on my desk.

8x8 continues to attempt to charge us $838.16 as a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee should not be charged. We attempted to work with 8x8 to resolve long standing service issues regarding dropped calls, missed calls, call quality and general call technical issues. 8x8 made NO attempt to resolve the issues at hand and we even brought in a technical expert to ensure that our network was not the issue. 8x8 made several contractual breaches throughout the service term. We also never signed a specific contract stating a specific service term. The business claims we signed electronically but we were never told clearly that would be responsible for fees for services that we are not receiving. 8x8 is definitely a scam with regards to charging customers for money and not ensuring that they have the proper working services to support the charges. We would like to have all charges waived at the least and consider a pro-rated refund for service charges which we previously indicated we had continuous call quality issues. It's egregious that your company believes that they can just overcharge customers and not make any contact with them until we show up to cancel your scam service. We would appreciate corporate insight and assistance in this matter as we will take any and all measures necessary to protect our assets and ensure that funds are allocated as delivered. Which in this case the services that 8x8 was contracted to provide they contractually breached by failing to properly deliver phone services at the quality described when we originally signed up for the service. We intend to present any and all findings of fact in our proceedings. Please respond as soon as possible to this complaint before further action is taken as needed.I cannot believe that I actually recommended your service at one point.

As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments.Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice.More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment.It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage.I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.
