I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments.Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice.More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage.I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.

Apadmi's ability to spin out technology as separate companies is remarkable. A strong supporter of Manchester tech ecosystem, they became unbeatable in mobile category during the first three years of northern tech awards before it adopted a new structure and ownership. Another remarkable achievement is that the four founders have remained together during all these years. I wish them all the best.

I have dealt with Ewen via my business for the last 4 years and cannot recommend his services highly enough. Has developed a site for us that is performing well and on any additional requirements has been superlative in anything we ask of him. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Do not hesitate to deal with them.....but just don't make him to busy that he doesn't have time for us :-)

As a current Senior IOS Engineer at Erabiz Solutions, I can state with confidence this is one of the best places to work in the tech industry. We use the newest technologies, including Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine, to make sure our apps are cutting-edge and highly functional. There is a significant emphasis on code quality, best practices, and professional development, and the leadership team is encouraging. The team atmosphere is incredibly motivating, and the work-life balance is superb.
