As a satisfied customer, I’m writing to congratulate the entire team at Opus for a trouble free and well managed migration project. Scripture Union are very happy with the results, which have met all the objectives we set.Thank you for bearing with us during the long process of testing the solution and planning for the migration, and for sorting the proposal process and licencing.Thank you for managing the migration project so we all knew what was happening and had a really helpful point of contact. This really helped get the work completed on time and with little cause for concern on our part. Most of our staff team have completed the training you arranged so we also had a fairly trouble free switchover.Thank you for setting up the production system for us, and bearing with us while we wrestled with various aspects of the technology. We will be looking forward to the ongoing care of the support team as the migration project was completed on time and on budget.

I have been a client of Infinity for many years and feel disappointed that I need to leave this review. We raised a complaint last November - that only escalated to a complaint due to no account management - and the formal complaint has been completely ignored despite many many emails asking for progress - hence writing this review.Account management is very slow and not pro-active to act in clients best interests. Beware long term contracts and charging for items that are not needed especially in the fast changing world of technology.Support is very hit and miss. The type of firm that try and confuse non IT people using un-necessary terminology. Items on monthly invoices are really difficult to understand. After many years of using this firm I would now not recommend them to look after your firms infrastructure. Such a shame as they are a nice bunch of people but the service doesnt follow.

Sumfactor (aka wonderful Paul) always has my best interest at heart, it's so rare to come across an agency who not only knows what they're doing but you can 100% trust. Paul will openlyChallenge on my decisions even if it means him making less money at times as long as it's in my best interest he'll say what he has to say and I'm so great full for that. I'd been putting off replacing my 2014 MacBook Pro 13-inch Retina battery for a while, but I'm so glad I finally chose Goldmine Computer Repairs. From the moment I first spoke with Richie on the phone, the experience was incredibly professional and helpful right from the start, even sending me information on exactly what battery to purchase. As soon as my new battery arrived the next day, I gave it to him by 5:45 PM. I was genuinely impressed by the speedy turnaround – by 10:09 PM, the battery was replaced! What truly sets Goldmine Computer Repairs apart is Richie's dedication to his work and his customers. He sent me photos to show the progress of the job, which was a thoughtful touch and really communicated the care he takes with your device. Looking at those photos, the level of workmanship was clearly top-quality, and I couldn't help but be impressed. My MacBook hadn't been cleaned since I bought it in 2014, and Richie even gave it a thorough cleaning, making it feel brand new.I wholeheartedly recommend Richie. He's professional, genuinely cares about people's valuable tech, always strives for the best, and his workmanship is simply superb. I will definitely be returning to him to upgrade my storage in the future!

I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments.Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice.More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage.I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.

Apadmi's ability to spin out technology as separate companies is remarkable. A strong supporter of Manchester tech ecosystem, they became unbeatable in mobile category during the first three years of northern tech awards before it adopted a new structure and ownership. Another remarkable achievement is that the four founders have remained together during all these years. I wish them all the best.

Former employee- the beginning working relationships appears to be promising but what I learned was that their vendors were not prepared to provide onboarding credentials and training. Not to mention the company is very limited on company communication. It literally took 2-4 weeks for me to receive proper training and credentials. Not to mention the two vendors I was assigned being able to maintain employability of contract for a year. In the 2.5 years I was there I’ve been laid off twice and upon my 3rd assignment I had to take a pay cut. I decided to part ways and upon my existing they decided to switch my final check to paper instead of an electronic deposit without telling me. When I called / email the company to learn what had happen; I had to repeat my calls with no response back from them. When I finally spoke with HR I was I informed they need to ensure the return of company equipment. I was totally surprise, because no communication was conveyed to me, that they holding my payCheck. I’ve always been a loyal employee even with the 2 lay-offs, and decrease in pay. I never thought they would be ornery and be spiteful towards the end when they had me waiting on them for my return label to return the company equipment. I sent it back soon as I got the label, yet I am still waiting on my final paycheck which they have fail to confirm is in the mail. Not a bad company to work for, but strongly ask the top questions surrounded around sustainability, pay increases and employment, annual reviews, their vendors, process, and training, and the length of their vendors contracts.

We had not been seeing the website traffic we desired, and our visitor numbers were nonexistent. Our leads didn't have much success converting into sales. We needed an improved website design to increase our visibility in search engine rankings and generate more successful leads. Fortunately, we discovered WOW Adventures on Google.Rather than continuing to wait for a change that would never come or wasting money on PPC ads that weren't producing the required results, we decided to take action. WOW completely changed our website with a functional layout, incorporating multiple ways for potential customers to reach us; furthermore, they created persuasive sales materials that grabbed attention and motivated our visitors to contact us. Moreover, since many of these people were already interested in purchasing from us, it made them easier to convince. Ranking highly on Google has enabled us to connect with numerous new clients. WOW Adventure's SEO practices, email marketing strategies and redesigned website have been the cornerstone of this success.
