We receive and continue to receive amazing customer service from GAM Tech as our IT services provider. Their support is 24-7 which is imperative for our business function. Extremely disappointed with this service center. My questions were completely ignored, and the staff showed no effort to understand the actual issue. It felt like they were more interested in making excuses than helping a customer. The lack of professionalism and basic competence is astonishing. Sikich is an extremely valuable part of our organization from large scale projects and day to day IT help. I can't imagine having anyone other than Sikich as our IT support, they are truly the best!! The NOC team provides such amazing service to our employees on a daily basis no matter how small the issue may be. Our account managers and support team are very responsive and knowledgeable, too. They make you feel secure and confident knowing that they're handling all IT aspects. Everyone is very detailed, precise, and helpful. We use Sikich to help set up new employee PCs, troubleshoot daily IT issues, onboard new employees to our network, set up videoconferencing, NetSuite, and a million little things in between. Besides being the best in their fields, everyone at Sikich is incredibly kind! I am very thankful for everything they've done and continue to do for us! Barcom Technology Solutions is my favorite IT company because I don't need to wait 10min. on a phone with them - I always get served in less than 5min. Their Support Team always resolve my issues as I'm not that tech savvy guy and I would recommend their services and trust me they have a wide-range of all kind of IT Services and offer them for a fair price and never rip me off. I recently had an experience back in 2022 with Apadmi that I feel compelled to share and have debated whether i should post this. As a professional eagerly looking forward to an interview with Apadmi, I was unfortunately met with a series of disappointments. Firstly, the structured process I was initially promised for the interview was not adhered to. This lack of organisation not only threw me off but also made it challenging to present myself effectively and forced to do a presentation in less than 24 hours notice. More concerning, however, was my interaction with the Managing Director, not sure if he is still there. I found his demeanour not just unprofessional but outright rude. This was disheartening, especially coming from a leadership figure in a reputable company. I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment. It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage. I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.
