We needed to build a custom CRM for our travel business — booking management, lead tracking, manager workspace, the works. Not a simple project. Found Elinext through a referral and glad we went with them. They pushed back on some of our initial requirements, which felt annoying at the time but saved us from building the wrong thing. The AI automation layer and workflow builder ended up being more useful than I expected — our ops team runs their own automations now without looping in devs. Some back-and-forth on the AI agent logic mid-project, but nothing that wasn't handled well. Already working with them on a follow-on integration. Solid team for complex enterprise builds.

Good and stable salary, but can be better, cause there are always ways to grow. What I can mention the most is the rich corporate part of the company.

We worked with Digital Unicorn on the development of our web platform. They listened carefully to our needs, created excellent mockups, and delivered in sprints as planned.Their process and methodology are truly enjoyable. The team is very knowledgeable about web and mobile development.Whether it's Lucas, Sébastien, or Martin, thank you again to them. We're continuing to work with them on maintenance.

We worked with Digital Unicorn on the development of our mobile and web applications.Lucas and Chris provided excellent support, always available and responsive, even when we changed our minds along the way.The app is live on the app stores, and the web application is running perfectly. We're continuing with them for the future, which says it all.I highly recommend them if you're looking for an application development agency.

Alan is great on paper and to reimburse you the small expenses you might have.Reimbursement up to 100 EUR have been reimbursed literally 1/2 days after I’ve sent the invoice. However, the game changes with bigger reimbursements. Recently made an eye laser surgery and submitted the request for reimbursement 2 weeks ago (total of 1600 EUR) - which, bear in mind, was pre-approved.As of today, I haven’t seen my reimbursement in the bank account and I’ve been following up daily via email (because of course you can’t phone them). All I got for reply was/is “reimbursement is approved and you’ll see the money in your bank account within 72h”Well, basically 240h later that first email confirming that I would see the money in my bank account, I still haven’t received them. So, if you plan these big interventions, please make sure you are economically covered if they don’t reimburse you on time.To sum up: Alan is very good for small and day-to-day care/reimbursment, but it is the worst for bigger reimbursement

Alan is just great. Even though, like usually in France, most of the information are in French I could easily contact them in English, mobile app is also in English. They try to make their website and mobile app as simple as possible and make all information clear and easy to find. The coverage itself is great - it's my third mutuelle so I have some comparision and it's the best one. There's really nothing I can complain about. And they trully do their best to satisfie their customers.
